Thank you very much for the great support to our products. Here is briefly process of purchase order as following： |

| 1. |
Understanding: browse through ASTag website, get to know AStag better |

Inquiry: look up desirable products which suits your needs, make inquiries on the products via e-mail or telephone calls |
| 3. |
Sampling: samples available to customer for standardized production products (cost of samples is applied) or customized products (potential tooling cost will be applied)

Confirmation: confirmation is acquired from customer who received samples for further process or into production after purchase order is received. |
| 5. |
Performa Invoice: after confirmation on samples, ASTag's sale specialist will issue the Performa invoice to the client. |
| 6. |
Purchase Order: client could confirm and sign back the Performa invoice as the confirmed Purchase Order. The other option is client can issue the purchase order to ASTag directly. Meanwhile, client is required to deposit sixty percent fund of total amount of Purchase Order. ASTag will go into production. |

Payment: the reminding fund received by ASTag in advance before shipment is mandatory as ASTag company policy for any client who place the purchase order.

Shipment: once ASTag received full amount paid by client. ASTag will deliver merchandise by any way customer desired. For examples of delivery are FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS (operates by Taiwan Post), FOB with any designated forwarder...etc. Freight charge is applicable to purchase order. |

| You could acquire the update of the purchase order by contact ASTag business operation specialist via e-mail... ASTag is upgrading its internet portal, and client could be able to check status of their purchase order in their own account in the future. |
