In general terms, Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) is a means of identifying a person or object
using a radio frequency transmission:
.125kHz (Low Frequency)
.13.56MHz (High Frequency)
.800~900+MHz (Ultra High Frequency)
The technology was invented in 1973 by Charles Walton and
has been existing for more than 20 years since world war II, and it has been extensively used in applications
such as data collection, access control, ticketing, and assets management. In recent years, the technology has
received increased attention due to a confluence of actions including technology advancement, heightened
security concerns, supply chain automation, and a continuing emphasis on cost control within industrial systems
