RFID LED Label
RFID LED Label is a smart RFID label that combines RFID technology with an LED indicator. When a designated RFID tag is identified by an RFID reader, the LED light is triggered to highlight the target item, helping operators quickly locate and identify products, parts, or materials.
Compliant with ISO 18000-6C / EPC Class 1 Gen 2 (EPC-C1G2) standards, RFID LED Labels can be used with compatible RFID readers and are ideal for warehouse inventory, asset tracking, order picking, parts picking, and production management.
RFID LED Label Advantages
- LED Visual Indicator: The LED light is activated when the designated RFID label is identified, providing a clear visual indication for quick item identification.
- Fast Item Location: Quickly locate specific items among large quantities of products or materials, reducing search time and improving operational efficiency.
- Reduced Picking Errors: Combines RFID identification with LED visual guidance to help operators select the correct items and reduce picking errors.
- RFID Data Management: Works with RFID systems for item identification, tracking, and inventory management in warehouses, production lines, and other operating environments.
RFID LED Label Applications
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Quickly locate products and materials on shelves or in large inventory areas to improve inventory and picking efficiency.
- Library & Document Management: Apply RFID LED Labels to books and documents to quickly locate designated items through RFID identification and LED indication.
- Parts & Production Picking: Ideal for assembly and manufacturing environments with a large variety of components. LED indicators help operators identify the correct parts and reduce picking errors.
